This is especially delicious with new seasons garlic.
Ingredients (per person)
- 1 serve pasta (we use spaghettini)
- ¼ cup baby peas (frozen is fine)
- 1 large garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 tblspn extra virgin olive oil
Cook pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Saute finely chopped garlic in olive oil over low heat. Do not let it colour. Add peas and cook for a couple of minutes until tender. Stir mix through cooked pasta and serve with plenty of parmesan. Also good with finely chopped and sautéed bacon or pancetta added.
