Welcome to Morganics Farm. Here, on the high north-facing slopes of Orange’s Mount Canobolas we grow organic garlic and a selection of vegetables and herbs. We hope you enjoy learning more about our beautiful produce and look forward to seeing you at a market soon.
NEWS! On Sunday December 7, we are hosting our second garlic festival here in Orange. The day will run from 10am-5pm and feature wine, garlic inspired food and music; newly harvested garlic and garlic braids for sale. We'll also be holding a practical how-to-grow workshop (bookings for this are essential; email or call Libby on firstname.lastname@example.org or 0408940828). And the setting? The lovely Canobolas-Smith Winery.
Libby and Ken Morgan
Morganics Farm is perched on the north-facing slopes of Mt Canobolas, the property sits at 1100-metres above sea level and we grow organic garlic plus a range of vegetables and herbs.
It is also home to a growing number of horses (Ken's passion) and a sprawling garden (Libby's passion).
Thanks to the snowy winters, long dry summers, rich volcanic soil and water from our pure mountain spring; we believe our garlic boasts a wonderful strong flavour that enhances many recipes. Here are some of our favourites.
Where to find us
Throughout the garlic season (November-April), we attend the following farmers markets; Orange Region Farmers' Market (2nd Saturday of the Month), Sydneys' Eveleigh Market, The Northside Produce Market and the Frenchs Forest Organic Market. Our garlic is also available at a selection of stores. For full details please visit the stockists' page.
